Yes, we are proudly partnered with over 20 leading private health insurance providers. When booking your appointment, please let our team know your provider and policy number, and we will guide you through the seamless coverage process.
Because we utilise our own dedicated laboratory pathways, most routine blood tests and pathology results are returned within 24 to 48 hours. More complex profiles or specialist diagnostics may take slightly longer. We will always notify you via your preferred communication method the moment results are ready.
Our mobile clinical team can perform a wide range of services at your home or workplace, including blood draws, sample collections, and general consultations. However, imaging services (like MRI, CT, and DEXA scans) require you to visit our state-of-the-art clinic facilities.
For most routine blood tests, wellness profiles, and standard consultations, you do not need a GP referral. However, for certain advanced imaging like MRI and CT scans, clinical guidelines require a referral. Our in-house doctors can provide this referral during an initial consultation if you do not already have one.
